Abstract
ABSTRACT In this study created an information system staff daily activity SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya-based web. Daily activity information system is an information system that is easy to operate and contain the schedule, agenda and activities that have been done by someone at some agencies that can easily be used. Daily activity is one form of reports to superiors on what we've done as a subordinate. Because the system is web-based information, then PHP is used as a system builder and MySQL as data storage. All the information generated in this system will get read by employers so that they can know what has been done by subordinates. However due to busy staff who is very much on the partial data that are made are fictitious. Key words : daily activity information system
