Abstract
ABSTRACT The rapid growth of Information Technology causes the need of new concepts and registration mechanism based on Information Technology that cannot be denied. One of concepts that needed to accelerate the process of teaching and learning is registration. The process of registration is start by registering again. The process of putting name down happens automatically when the students pay the school fee for a period of time. The aim is to lengthen the activation as a student in a university or school. After doing this registration, the students may fill the form of study plan for the next term. Nowadays, FRS PJJ EEPIS-ITS filing process is still done manually and the students are not able to access it through internet. This condition causes some difficulties for the students who live in different town. By reason of this case, computerized system based on web for filling FRS PJJ EEPIS-ITS is very necessary because it will ease the students to access it anytime and anywhere they want to through internet.
