    Abstract

In the era of electronic technology development now growing rapidly, so a technology created and developed to provide facilities at each user. Auditions event such as Vocal Idol talent search, which is one audition to sing it's time to use electronic technology-based CTI (Computer Telephone Integration) as an alternative which tries to provide time efficiency, cost and convenience. CTI (Computer Telephone Integration) is an IVR technology (Interactive Voice Response) systems are widely used for telephone-based services as call centers or automated pejawab machine. IVR technology is functional from a user's guide to getting the information needed by the user. In this final project an implementation system Vocal Idol audition-based CTI (Computer Telephone Integration), where an audition will be conducted via telephone to be served by the IVR system (Interactive Voice Response) after auditioning candidates to register before through the web. From the results of MOS is the best sound quality for in-play out on the IVR service system is to use audacity with the recording formats PCM 8 kHz sampling rate, with a MOS score of 3.98 (good). While based on the description of the PSD, to recording through audacity has a value of -90 dB PSD. And for voice recording (voice record) using the format PCM 8 kHz sampling rate over the phone because it has the smallest PSD value difference is equal to -1 dB with recording through microfon.
