Abstract
Highway was created to facilitate transportation, nowadays people have often experienced difficulty because of all highway users want more quickly to the purpose and precede each other. Also there is a special car or a group which affects the density of traffic which impact on congestion. To regulate traffic in any place like the T-junction, intersection, and the rate of traffic of densely fifth-section necessary need traffic arrangements multifunctional plan called Smart Traffic Light. Smart because able to detect any specific signal of special vehicles such as ambulances, firefighters, police that will automatically change the traffic light leds red to green through wireless module XBee Pro and GPS, including traffic density detecting that affect the green light using infrared sensors, and seek remain traffic lights on even though the supply from electricity outages by using backup battery.
