Abstract
Nowdays, people need a practical to buy an equipment. It�s because many of them feel confuse to fit their budget with the equipment feature they like. By website, the consumer will easily to get information from the items to be purchased. On this final project made a system which is make easier consumer to choose the car audio packet. By simulated annelling method, the consumer can be used the optimation process for choosing some item and controlling budget to buy car audio packet based on feature, brand, and price. In this system, interface and consumer access connected by website full with the catalog which is in database which integrated with IVR Server. In this system can simplify the optimization process choosing car audio packet based on budget and facility desired without place and time restrictions. The optimization process with simulated anneling method have a quality to give advice with budget or price parameter which has been input by consumer and can be accessed by 4 user in the same time.
