Abstract
Measurement of EEG signals is needed to monitor the state of the human brain. EEG signals are generally used to diagnose diseases associated with brain and psyche, but in this final project EEG signals are used to identify parts of the brain at work during the move. But in a world Medika EEG equipment is very expensive and difficult to be operated by a layman. In this final project will be made an EEG module is inexpensive and easy to operate. EEG signal was detected in the cerebral cortex (outer layer of the brain). Part of the brain that works marked with increasing frequency (Roger Sperry), where the highest frequency so that's part of the brain at work. Frequency brain activity occurs at the range when the beta signal, to get a chill frequency IIR digital filter used to obtain signals with little noise. In this final project testing EEG module made to work fairly well. Where in each activity can be detected which have been determined from which side of the brain that works. Keywords: Signal EEG, electroencephalograph, IIR.
