    Abstract

    Human health is very important to always be considered especially after someone has been declared an illness. With a very complex human activity or diseases that interfere with the health of a sudden it might happen, and those activities are not always adjacent to a hospital that can provide first aid when someone is experiencing health problems. As examples of activities photographer, mountain climbers, drivers of vehicles, as well as researchers. The final project is designed to make the condition of a person's body when the activity can be monitored better physical health, as well as position the They are located. This prototype will be made portable by sending the parameters of body temperature and heart rate serial communication with someone in PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) to display the website can be accessed in real time. so that a person's body condition can be monitored remotely and this tool can be carried everywhere and expected health disorders can be detected in an integrated manner.
