Abstract
ABSTRACT Telecommunication technology which develope rapidly produce various products of telecommunication technologies. Telecommunication products which generated from time to time are products that is more effective in terms of usage and maintenance, both technically and cost. In the world of global communication, there is a communication model which use IP (Internet Protocol) address. In this final project, created a VoIP server which will be observed QoS (Quality of Service) based on measurements on a wireless and wireline network in PENS. As well as telephony trafic measurements. The result, telephony trafic intensity was obtained at 1,53 erlang. Overall, the best QoS from the implementation of this final project happen when there is a local connection with the use of wireline networks. Since there is an obtained value for the delay of 19.90; jitter value is 1.78 ms; throughput value is 80.84 and packet loss value is 0.01% Keyword : VoIP, QoS, delay, jitter, packet loss, throughput
