    Abstract

    Through the Internet, various information and entertainment such as news, games, quizzes, music, until the film can be obtained. Voice communications, data, images, and videos from a radio broadcast and television, might also be broadcast via the internet. In the world of global communication almost all TV stations broadcasting system has utilized the technology of broadcasting with digital technology. Signal sending pictures, sounds, and the data has been using a digital transmission system. The development of this technology into the television broadcast via the Internet network, known as IPTV technology, but this time the system is built mostly using a single source stream with many services. A while for multi-source streaming (MSS) still not much to use it. Based on the development of multimedia technology, broadcasting and television services, in this final project will be designing and building a chunk RTP - packet encapsulator that is implemented for multi-source streaming server. When data is audio video taken from the server. AV data processed by the encapsulator multiplexing methods, and encapsulation process is carried out using RTP protocol, a packet chunk is then sent through the Internet. Further result will be analyzed as well as multiplexing and encapsulation parameters-QoS parameters in order to become a reliable system. The expected results from this study obtained an encapsulator multiplexing system which has high speed, saving bandwidth and efficient, so in the future can be applied and implemented in IPTV architecture Keyword: RTP, Multiplexing, Encapsulator, MSS, IPTV
