    Abstract

    The need for an information is a matter that can not be eliminated. All people in a variety of affairs can not be separated from a data / information. The information in the field of Education, Economics, Business, Health, and so is one example of things that humans can not be left in their everyday lives. Very high demand is what makes the Telecommunications Technology is developing very fast to make that information can be connected to each other. In this Final Project created an application settings for using internet telephony applications. This system allows telephone and Internet applications running together with the provision of billing data that has been validated previously. This application runs on an embedded device eBox-4300 with the Operating System that has been specially modified. This system also regulates synchronization of billing data with two other applications of the phone and internet with interprocess communication between applications. Results of this final project can be implemented as Internet telephony management application that is used in a public place.
