Abstract

Technological developments, especially in the information, we can utilize information technology to facilitate a particular company or factory sugar factory in taking a decision to do the milling process. Some of the problems often faced by a sugar factory in taking a decision to do the milling process include the difficulty of determining the time really right to make the process of sugar-cane cutting. To solve this problem in this thesis uses fuzzy logic to determine a schedule for cutting. This final project aims to create a computational system to replace the old system still used manually in determining the time of cutting sugar cane, and the end result is expected to determine the exact time of harvest and increase yield milling Keywords : cutting sugar cane, fuzzy, first analysis
