Abstract
ABSTRACT To trigger interest in Indonesia in the education world to catch up in information technology is a challenge for everyone who has been in the field of information technology. In this final project or web site development education learning center is expected to be an escort student to learn and prepare, with the ultimate goal to make students as students with critical insight. The basic purpose of this competency test center is to assist students in the learning process over-prepare for the exam to become a competent student in accordance with Education Unit Level Curriculum purposes. In accordance with the analysis conducted, a site that has implemented at least 80% meet the expectations of users. Thus the center of this competency test may trigger students to gain more resource.
