This final project due to build a Geographycal information system of flood occurs in Indonesia, especially in Bengawan Solo basin which is concentrate in Bojonegoro, Lamongan, Tuban, and Gresik residence based on Web GIS. These systems are perform information such as flooding area, prediction of flood spreading, emergency and evacuation management. Satellite data and all documents which are extracted from several resources then processed with Geographycal Information System�s (GIS�s) to produces information and prevention solving, and flooding treatment. By using Geography Information System (GIS) we will easy to analyze the existing data such as flooding area, spreads of flood, emergency and evacuation system. So, the technology that is suitable is MapServer as web server, php, html, and javascript as the builder system and the PostgreSQL database can be used to store the data. All information that is produced in this system will be visualized in the maps and the information of flood disaster. Sequence stage of process which is took are image satellite digitations, mapping, and database querying.
