Abstract
The communication, exchange ideas, share information, debate, and collaborate needs subsequently called conference, is an important thing in social activities in almost every sphere of life. Undeniably sometimes these activities also have constraints such as distance limitations that must be taken, travel costs, and time term. To answer these issues, advances in technology and the Internet brings forth Web Conferencing. Web Conferencing is a web application that was built to hold virtual meetings among some participants / clients to communicate with each other through the Internet connection. Each participant is connected to the Web Conferencing using a flash application that runs on Flash Player Runtime. On the server side, there is a single server built with Red5 Media Server, one of its purpose is to handle audio and video streaming of each participant / client.
