    Abstract

Pulse oximetry is a non-invasive method to measure the percentage of hemoglobin (Hb) of saturation with oxygen in the blood. This method uses different wavelengths of redlight (660 nm) and infrared light (940 nm) is captured by the detection sensor after passing through the veins and capillaries at the tip of the index finger. Data from the detection sensor is sent to the microcontroller is then displayed to the LCD. In themicrocontroller, the data is processed and then processed to obtain the data of oxygensaturation (SpO2). Normal limits in blood oxygen saturation is above 70%. The accuration of my final project have 1.5% until 3.1% if compared with standart oximetry. Keywords: Pulse Oximetry, Noninvasive, Oxyhemoglobin, Deoxyhemoglobin, oxygen saturation, and Microcontroller
