    Abstract

    ABSTACT End of Project report titled �SYSTEM HOSPITALS UNIT USING JSP(CASE STUDY : VK : VERLOOS KAMER)�. The purpose of writing this final report is to design an online information system VK District General Hospital in Banyuwangi in detail, quick and up to date with the help of a computer through a scrip JSP and MySQL database. Method study conducted by the authors in conducting research pass up field studies and literature. Field studies include interviews and observations. Studies conducted with library research literature relevant to the problems faced by writers. In this report I shall describe a system that will be proposed through the Data Flow Diagram model design (DAD). Design DAD model shows only the process requirement of the proposed system of logic, especially for computerized systems. Besides the new system design is also done by making the design. This thesis explores the design of information systems services to the body of the computer-based VC General Hospital of Banyuwangi. This information system will assist in helping the service transaction processes VK, VK easy retrieval of documents, as well as data collection and revenue information quickly and on time according to the needs of users of the system.
