Abstract
The rapid science today require that every individual can compete and apply science knowledge to facilitate and expedite a settlement of the problem. With that reason, built a Web-based Real-time Laboratory for Remote Learning history. This web is built on six practical modules, namely Basic Logic Gate, Basic Series, Simplification of Basic Logic, Half Adder, concatenation Multilevel NAND and XOR circuits. This web was built using PHP, AJAX, MySQL database and displays using Dreamweaver CS3. With the construction of this website is expected to assist and facilitate the teaching-learning process, especially on Digital Elektonika practicum. This web is built on two sides, which acts as the client side and server-side students who act as administrators. Based on the results that have been done there are factors in the data transmission delay, delay is generated at each laboratory ranged from 1 ms to 3 ms on local network PENS, while using a wired LAN (pear to pear) delay value ranging from 1 ms to 5 ms depending on tissuefactor.
