Abstract
The system used telemarketing are now sufficiently developed, where telemarketing is a service of selling goods or services via long distance. The majority of companies engaged in sales or services using this system, one development of the current telemarketing system is a network of information using IVR and Predictive Dialer systems. In this final project be carried on Voice Signal Analysis IVR service and Predictive Dialer based CTI. This analysis was conducted to determine the software and the best recording format, for further implemented on the IVR and Predictive Dialer systems. In the IVR system using the best software and the Predictive Dialer using the best recording format. The analysis process was carried out subjectively by Mean Opinion Score (MOS) and objectively by Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) and Power Spectral Dencity (PSD). The result of this final project is the best kind of softwere implemented on the IVR system that is using wavesurver with survey results of 3.61 and the best recording format uses ADPCM 8KHz which are implemented on systems with Predictive Dialer survey results by 3.55 and SNR of 1.5780 dB Keywords: Subjective and objective analysis, IVR system, a Predictive Dialer
