Abstract
With the movement of information technology especially internet, web growing become tools that can transfer the information very fast and accurately. The transferring process of information, cause web become interactive and dynamic information media to solve many kind of problems like training management web base. This Final project purpose is to make OWDP training management PENS � ITS online that created with PHP language and connected with Oracle databases as data storage. this final project purposed to make OWDP training management become easier especially in PENS - ITS Keyword : Oracle, OWDP, Training Management
