Abstract
Every organization or bank have an activity of correspondency comprise to inbox, outbox or disposition to the other staff. This activity handled by secretary. Secretary in this case still use paper for save the data of letters. Of course, it can be causing lose of document and searching the data can take along time. So the technology need to applied for evolved the effectiveness of correspondency and make the task of human easier. That�s way the existence of this web-based technology using PHP Code Igniter as programming language, and MySQL as the database that become an information system that can be monitored and report the activity of correspondency inter branch of office.
