    Abstract

    Determination of virus or bacteria that develops in the human body is by doing one of the laboratory tests of samples taken from the human body. The development of disease from time to time make a request of laboratory tests is increasing. To serve all requests of laboratory tests, the energy analyst work demanded not only accurate but also have a brief for the laboratory results can be given to patients as soon as possible. Microbiology is one of the installations at Dr. Soetomo in charge of testing the sample of patients. Demand for laboratory tests can achieve one hundred per day and this number continues to increase along with increasing patient acceptance quota at Dr. Soetomo. Error determine the outcome of bacterial resistance to antibiotics can lead to errors that could be fatal for the patient. Therefore we need an application that can help work on the installation of microbiology in determining the results of laboratory tests. In this final project will be built epidemiology Decision Support System Against Antibiotic Resistance Bacteria. Where is the data that has been registered by the officers will be tested by what analysts by examining bacteria that grow in the sample of patients. Then the system will suggest what antibiotics should be tested for these samples. After a certain time would be in getting the results from each of the antibiotics, the analyst can simply enter the diameter of antibiotics and then the system will analyze the resistance. The end result of this system is antibiotic resistance in bacteria that nest on the sample of patients and the suggestion that antibiotics should be used wherever Key Word : Microbiology, antibiotics, Bacteri, Decision Support System, rule base, Application
