Abstract

End of Project report titled " ANALYSE AND MONITORING of INFORMATION SYSTEM of GOODS INVENTORIES USE THE JSP ( STUDY CASE : ON DUTY AREA EDUCATION OF BANYUWANGI." Destination Report Writing Final Project is to design a system Patient Information Billing Outpatient online at the General Hospital Area Banyuwangi in detail, fast and up to date with the help of a computer script through JSP and Mysql database. Method of research done by the author in the research include field studies and literature studies. Field study includes interviews and observations. Studies carried out with the library research literature relevant to the problems faced by the author. In this report described the proposed system design through the Data Flow Diagram model (DAD). Design moled DAD only shows the process needs of the proposed system of logic, especially the computerized system. Besides, the design of the new system is also done with this sort design End about the design of information system of goods inventories
