Abstract
Computer Vision is an extended discipline of digital image processing and artificial intelligence. The goal of Computer Vision is to imitate the eye and brain function of humans or called human vision. One of the important process in producing the equivalent capacity of human vision is object recognition. To recognize objects in a video, the segmentation and detection processes must been done first. To recognize objects that have been detected, the method used is a Decision Tree based on the size of the detected object. As for tracking the object using Kalman Filter methods which is based on recursive estimator
